Things we’ve done
Visual Media Competition and exhibition focusing on Meander Valley.
Engaged with Meander Valley Council and other stakeholders to position Great Western Tiers as the short walks capital of Tasmania.
Comissioned a suite of professional videos showcasing the region as a short walks destination.
Co-hosted an Instagram storytelling workshop with The van Dieman Project.
Developed the Short Walks Capital brochure promoting short walks and businesses in the region.
Hosted Pollie in the Pub, bringing community and Meander Valley Council candidates together to talk about issues impacting local tourism.
Networking event at Meander Valley Vineyard with guest speaker, Tourism Tasmania CEO, Sarah Clark.
Networking Info Night with Visit Northern Tasmania (VNT) and the Tasmanian Hospitality Association to meet industry reps and hear the latest tourism data and forecasts from VNT CEO, Tracey Mallett.
