Advocacy and support
We give local businesses a stronger voice by working closely with Meander Valley Council, government agencies and industry organisations on issues and opportunities that affect our region.
We also help connect members with the right information, contacts and support when opportunities arise.
Marketing opportunities
Membership provides opportunities to be involved in marketing initiatives that raise the profile of Meander Valley as a great place to visit, live, work and do business.
We work with regional and state tourism organisations and other partners to promote our region and encourage visitors to stay longer and explore more of what Meander Valley has to offer.
Members may have opportunities to feature in MVBTA campaigns, initiatives, events and promotional activities.
Our region’s success in the Top Tourism Town Awards, with Deloraine named Tasmania’s Top Small Tourism Town in both 2025 and 2026, has helped raise the profile of Meander Valley and showcase the local businesses, people and community that make our towns such special places to visit, live and do business.
